WHEATON, Md. - A New Carrollton man who was allegedly stabbed to death by a couple last week demanded sex from the woman in exchange for letting her visit with their 6-year-old child, according to documents filed in Montgomery County (web | news) District Court.

Montgomery County police say 22-year-old Maria Blanco had a child with 34-year-old Samuel Dejesus Chacon. It's not clear who had official custody of the child, but according to charging documents, Chacon demanded that Blanco have sex with him every time she wanted to visit their child.

Blanco is married to 19-year-old Moises E. Rodriguez. Rodriguez told detectives that he and his wife devised a plan to lure Chacon to their Wheaton home Nov. 17 and kill him.

According documents, Blanco called Chacon and offered to have sex with him if he came to her home. When he got there, he hugged Blanco outside. Then Rodriguez stabbed him repeatedly in the back and chest.

A female drive found Chacon's body early Wednesday morning in the middle of the road in the 2500 block of Newton Street, not far from the couple's home.

Blanco and Rodriguez have been charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder. They are being held at the Montgomery County Police Detention Center without bond.
