Northbound Lanes Reopens After Fatal Accident on I-95

The accident shut down northbound lanes on I-95 after a tractor trailer and a car collided just before 2:30 a.m., near Route 7100.
The driver of the car died on the scene. The tractor trailer driver has been transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The accident caused major delays during morning rush hour as traffic was being diverted onto the HOV lanes.
There are no further details at this time.
