One of the three housemates indicted on obstruction of justice charges in the investigation into the murder of attorney Robert Wone faced a judge Thursday in the District.
Joseph Price appeared in a packed courtroom Thursday evening. Wone's widow was in the audience, along with Victor Zaborsky, Price's partner, who has also been indicted. It's unclear while he was not in custody.
Price, Zaborsky and a third former housemate, Dylan Ward, were indicted Wednesday. Zaborsky was expected to turn himself in within 24 hours.
Ward is in a Florida jail, awaiting extradition by U.S. Marshals. He is expected to be moved to D.C. some time next week. Ward was previously charged with obstuction of justice in a felony complaint, a separate charge from the one pressed Wednesday, and arrested on October 29 in Dade County, Florida.

The men's indictments were the first charges in the two-year-old case.
In a lengthy police affidavit released when Ward was charged, detectives allege Ward, Price and Zaborsky cleaned up the crime scene and the body before calling 911 on the night of Aug. 2, 2006.
Wone, a friend of Price's, spent the evening in the guest bedroom at 1509 Swann St. instead of driving home to Virginia after a late night at work.
Police say the crime scene didn't support the men's claims that someone broke in and killed Wone: there was hardly any blood anywhere; Wone's wallet was still on the bed stand; the three stab wounds to his chest were clean cuts; there weren't any signs of a struggle; and police also say there was evidence Wone had been drugged to paralyze him and sexually assaulted.
