Car Slams into Virginia Government Building

FRANCONIA, Va. - A car plowed into the front of the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control building in Franconia Monday, smashing the front window and coming to rest in an office.
A receptionist says the person whose office was invaded called in sick.
No one was hurt.
It's unclear what caused the car to go out of control in the 6300 block of Grovedale Drive.
Firefighters cleared debris from the building so they could remove the vehicle.
Engineers declared the building to be structurally sound.
