LA police: Fire at trailer park might be deadly

LOS ANGELES - The police chief of Los Angeles says he is concerned that people might have died in a mobile home park destroyed by a wildfire.Chief William Bratton said Saturday that cars were found in the debris. He says police will have to wait until the ground cools to bring in search dogs.
The fire in the foothills of northern Los Angeles has burned about 500 mobile homes. It is one of a few wind-whipped fires wreaking havoc in Southern California.
