I have mixed feelings on this one. First of all it is another case of entrapment where the goal of officials is to entrap one in a crime by encouraging one to commit a crime. Second Mr. Singer?s activities were nothing more than what you or I are presently doing ? sitting behind a computer. He and we are not physically touching, feeling, or offending anyone physically. There was no under age contact, he made no movies or pictures made by physically using under age persons. He was entrapped by sending pictures most anyone can find on the web, and encouraged by the undercover detective to send those pictures.

As I have previously read on a post: ?I recently saw Senator Jim Webb on a talk show. He pointed out that the United States has some 2-3 million citizens in jail, about the highest ratio of incarcerated citizens in the world.? May I add what is wrong with our system? We Americans live by more laws (federal, state, local) and threats of fines and incarceration than the citizens of all Communist countries combined. Proud to be an American??
