(Sports Network) - Timothy Bradley retained his WBC light welterweight belt with a 12-round unanimous decision over Edner Cherry on Saturday.
Bradley (23-0) obliterated Cherry (24-6-2) with scorecards that read 117-110, 118-109 and 119-109 in his first title defense.
Nate Campbell (32-5-1), meanwhile, was supposed to defend his IBF, WBA and WBO lightweight belts against Joan Guzman (28-0) in the key fight on the ticket, but the challenger failed to make weight.
