(Sports Network) - The Penn State football program has
reportedly suspended three players for Saturday's contest against Oregon State
and dismissed cornerback Willie Harriott from the team.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Thursday that defensive end Maurice Evans,
tight end Andrew Quarless and defensive tackle Abe Koroma were involved in an
alleged incident at their apartment residence, where Penn State police
discovered a small amount of marijuana on Tuesday.
No explanation was given as to the reason behind Harriott's dismissal.
