WASHINGTON - Amtrak Police officials say a man has been stabbed at Union Station Monday night.
The incident occurred around 6:50 p.m. An Amtrak Police spokesperson says it's unclear if the stabbing happened on a train, on the platform or in the station.
The male victim was taken to Washington Hospital Center.
Amtrak Police officials say a woman was arrested and transferred to the custody of Metropolitan police. Amtrak says they do not believe train travel will be affected.
