Official: Georgia-Russia prisoner exchange begins

The head of Georgia's national security council says his country and Russia have begun a prisoner exchange.Two Russian military helicopters landed Tuesday morning in the Georgian town of Igoeti and unloaded two people on stretchers. They were handed over to Georgian officials.
Later, Georgian ambulances unloaded two people and took them to the helicopters. One was on a gurney.
Georgian security council head Alexander Lomaia tells The Associated Press in the Georgian capital that it was an exchange of prisoners from the recent short war.
Journalists were kept at a distance and officials on the scene did not comment.
