Police have identified the woman killed Friday when her SUV collided with a tractor-trailer truck on Fairfax County (web|news) Parkway near Rolling Road.

Police say Jessica Doubleday, 24,  of Fairfax died at the scene Friday afternoon. Officials say Doubleday was traveling northbound on Route 7100 (Fairfax County Parkway), when she crossed over the median for unknown reasons. She drove into southbound traffic, and collided with the truck. A fire started following the crash.

Police say the truck driver, a 48-year-old man from Woodbridge, was treated for minor injuries.

The incident shut down both lanes of the parkway during rush-hour.

NewsChopper 7 captured a white foam sprayed on the accident scene to suppress the fire. It also shows the SUV, which is barely recognizable.

A crash reconstruction unit was called to the scene. The victim, which was the driver of the SUV, was pronounced dead on the scene.
