Panthers sign Salley, Anderson

Anderson appeared in eight games last season, his third in the league. He totaled three tackles in those games.
Salley appeared in all 16 games last season, mostly as a special teams contributor. He totaled eight stops on kickoff and punt coverage. He has also spent three years in the NFL.
