I am not taking up for the inmates but it is the same in the govenment buildings. All restrooms are a mess - and not only do they use so much and stop up the toilets it is all over the floor. I often wonder if they do these things at home. In our building it is paper towels too. But they have done away with the rolls of toilet tissue as people were stealing those - now they have the large dispenser fastened to the wall.

That's a lot of paper to use in 1 week. Give them 1 roll a week and that should be enough. They should have to live without if they abuse it. I agree with Parachute....let them live in their mess for a while if they purposely clog the toilet.

OK, so they use the extra rolls of paper to deliberately clog the toilets and we taxpayers have to foot the bill? I say don't fix the toilets. Maybe if they have to live in their own filth for a while they MIGHT learn to act like adults?

2-3 rolls a week, hell i don't even use that. They need to invest in Scott's toilet paper that has 1000 sheets per roll. I'm sure that could last a inmate, especially a male inmate atleast 2 weeks.
