Hillary Rodham Clinton (web|news|bio) says her Pennsylvania primary victory is for everyone who's been counted out.The New York senator told a spirited rally in Philadelphia on Tuesday night that the "tide is turning" in her nomination contest against Barack Obama (web|news|bio) . He would have all but knocked her from the race if he'd been able to pull off a win in Pennsylvania. Clinton now rests her hopes on the next round of contests, in Indiana and North Carolina. She told her supporters that she had six weeks to show Pennsylvania voters that she's got the experience and judgment to take over as commander in chief on Day One. Her husband Bill and daughter Chelsea, tireless campaigners for her in the state, joined her on the stage.
