I agree with Roswell. Just makes sense to me. Should to anybody else too.

This is in the same city where police arrested the same man 53 times for pinching women on the butt but its OK to hold a man down, sedate him, and stick a probe up his butt.

Roswell
While I agree that any sensible person would have gone along with any tests his doctor felt advisable, at the same time our laws allow people to refuse even life-saving treatment, if they so choose. If he really said he didn't want the test, they had no right to give it to him by force. At most, they could have required him to sign a paper saying he refused the treatment and accepted responsibility for all consequences of not having the test. But no one should be FORCED to have any kind of exam (except accused criminals, being forced to give DNA samples for testing).

Well then if it had been life threatening and they didn't know, the guy would have died or become a vegetable and then the family would have sued. Either way this idiot or his family would be barking at the hospital doors.

Sounds to me like he's got a little homophobia thing going on as far as his butt is concerned, and now he's found a way to try and make a fast buck over what has been proven to be a routine and normal exam for an incident like this one.

Of course, I think it's hilarious that now the whole world knows about his rectum because of his need to sue the hospital so he could get that free cash. He'd have been better off just to shut his mouth and deal with the situation.

I sure wish there was a way to track him down and give him a ring and ask him how he's doing LOL!
