Attorneys for Roger Clemens' former trainer asked a judge Wednesday to remove the pitcher's attorney from the case. Brian McNamee's attorneys want Rusty Hardin removed because he also represented Clemens' former teammate Andy Pettitte in the days leading up to the release of the Mitchell Report. U.S. District Judge Keith Ellison did not immediately rule Wednesday.
