(Sports Network) - The hapless Sacramento Kings arrive in the Windy City Tuesday aiming to snap an ugly 11-game road skid as they take on the Chicago Bulls at the United Center.

The Kings fell to 0-3 on a four-game road swing Monday when New Jersey's Vince Carter scored 29 points, grabbed nine rebounds and doled out seven assists as the Nets beat the Kings, 98-90, at the IZOD Center.

Kevin Martin poured in a game-high 36 points for the Kings, who have dropped nine of their last 10 games overall and fell to a miserable 2-16 on the road. Brad Miller added eight points, seven rebounds and eight assists in defeat.

The banged-up Bulls, meanwhile, dropped their third straight game in the opener of a five-game homestand on Saturday when Minnesota's Randy Foye scored 21 points to lead the Timberwolves past Chicago, 102-92.

Derrick Rose dropped a game-best 22 points and dished out five assists for the Bulls, who fell to 10-5 as the host this season.

Ben Gordon had 17 points and six helpers in defeat while Tyrus Thomas gave 15 points and eight rebounds for Chicago, which continues to play without three key contributors - forwards Luol Deng and Drew Gooden and guard Kirk Hinrich.

Hinrich (thumb) is expected to remain on the sidelines until February and Deng (ankle) will likely miss his sixth straight contest tonight, but Gooden may be on track to return after missing the last 10 games with a sprained right ankle. The veteran, who is averaging 12.7 points and 8.8 rebounds this season, is listed as questionable.

Chicago will also face Sacramento, Washington, Oklahoma City and Portland on its residency.

The Kings have dominated this series recently, winning five of their past six and 16 of their last 18 meetings with the Bulls.
